"I would like to share a session I had this week...my intention going in was to calm the "turbulence " in my mind ...as we started I felt my blood moving and my heart pounding until it made it up to my head...I started a visualization of a boat in turbulent waters with the sight of calmer waters ahead ...next thing I know my thoughts shifted to a more sport like approach instead of just making it through the waves ...I started moving the boat in a water skiing like fashion and the ride became almost fun...the perspective change resulted in a calm and overall peaceful experience ...when she ended I was smiling...just thought I would share ...Thanks so much. ~Dana !"
